Tuition Byte is committed to maintaining a transparent and fair system for tutors and guardians. This article explains the service charge structure, payment rules, refund policies, and tutor responsibilities when accepting tuition jobs.

Of first month fee. One-time payment within 5 days.
Crash/2-Month
30%
Of total fee. One-time payment within 5 days.
One-Month Job
20%
Of total fee. One-time payment within 5 days.

Tuition Cancellation & Refunds
Non-Refundable Cases
If the tutor cancels the tuition due to personal problems, lack of time, or voluntary withdrawal, the service charge will not be refunded.
Refund Adjustment Cases
Case 1: No Payment from Guardian
100% of service charge refunded to tutor wallet within 20 days.
Case 2: Partial Payment from Guardian
Tutor pays 30% only; the rest is refunded to wallet.
Case 3: Full Payment from Guardian
Tutor pays 35% only; the rest is refunded to wallet.
Direct Refund Policy
If the tutor does not receive a new tuition job within 20 days, Tuition Byte will refund the amount directly to your mobile banking account.
