Tuition Byte is an Ed-tech platform that connects students, guardians, and tutors. We act only as a tutor-guardian matching platform and do not directly provide teaching services.

2. User Eligibility

To use the platform, users must:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• Be at least 18 years old, or use the platform under the supervision of a guardian.
• Agree to follow all rules and policies of the platform.

3. User Accounts

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and ensuring all profile details are accurate. Tuition Byte is not responsible for unauthorized access caused by users sharing their credentials.

4. Tutor-Guardian Matching

While we facilitate connections, tutor selection is the sole responsibility of the guardian. Schedules, payments, and specific agreements are arranged directly between tutors and guardians. We do not guarantee academic results or specific tutor performance.

5. Service Charge Policy

Tutors who confirm jobs through the platform are required to pay a service charge (50% for regular, 30% for crash programs, or 20% for one-month jobs) within 5 days of confirmation. Failure to pay may result in job cancellation.

6. Refund and Adjustment Policy

If a job is cancelled within the first month, adjustments may apply. Direct refunds to bKash or Nagad accounts are processed if a new tuition job is not assigned within 45 days.

7. Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from providing false information, harassing others, engaging in illegal activities, or attempting to hack or disrupt the website.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on TuitionByte.com, including text, logos, and graphics, is the property of Tuition Byte. Users may not copy or redistribute any content without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Tuition Byte is not responsible for tutor conduct, academic results, or disputes over payments made directly between tutors and guardians.
